  3. Handover to Delivery Partner – Once packed, orders are handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery.
  4. Delivery to Your Address – Our delivery partner will bring the package to your provided shipping address. If they cannot reach you at the specified time, they will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery slot.

To ensure authenticity and privacy, FemoMart maintains a ‘closed box delivery’ policy to prevent product tampering or adulteration.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes below:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as political disruptions, natural disasters, transportation issues, or public holidays. If delays occur, our customer support team will notify you.


3. Delivery Charges

Shipping fees are based on your delivery location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error occurs on our part.


4. Packaging Standards

We take extra precautions to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition:

  • Standard Packaging: Products are securely placed in cardboard boxes with the invoice enclosed.
  • Fragile Items: Items such as glass bottles or skincare products are wrapped in protective bubble wrap to prevent breakage.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please report it immediately upon delivery to our support team.


5. Delivery Guidelines & Terms

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery agent will attempt contact to reschedule delivery.
  • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
