1. Ordering & Payment

Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your order and avoid stock shortages, we recommend completing payment within 60 minutes of checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile Banking (Bkash)

Is online payment on FemoMart secure?

Yes! We use SSL encryption to secure transactions and protect your personal data. Your payment details are safe with us.


2. Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment verification. This does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed before 11 AM will be shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 11 AM (or on weekends/holidays) will be shipped the next business day.

What are the delivery charges?

Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT

Note: Additional charges may apply for express or same-day delivery in select areas.

How long does delivery take?

  • Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as political disruptions, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. Our support team will notify you in case of any delays.


3. Account & Security

What are the benefits of registering on FemoMart?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

4. Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The request is made immediately upon delivery.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via online banking or mobile banking.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available in select areas of Dhaka for an additional fee. Please contact our support team for availability and pricing.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?

Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available at this time.
